From whole-homes to guest suites to spare bedrooms, there are many creative ways to bring guests into your primary or rental property using Airbnb — and we are passionate about introducing new hosts to the platform.
Our in-person consultations are available within a 30-mile radius of Richmond at no additional charge. Travel fees may apply outside our radius.
Step One — Book a Discovery Call
This is a complimentary conversation to discuss your rental ideas, address any concerns, and answer questions about our process.
Step Two — We Come to You
In this one-hour meeting, you take us on in-person tour of your property while we discuss the unique advantages and opportunities of your space and answer questions about operating your own Airbnb.
Step Three — Report & Guide
Based on our tour and conversation, we provide a written report about your property’s strengths and challenges. We also provide an actionable guide with the steps needed to make your Airbnb live.
